Gospel: Mark 12:28-34
One of the scribes came up to Jesus and put a question to him, ‘Which is the first of all the commandments?’ Jesus replied, ‘This is the first: Listen, Israel, the Lord our God is the one Lord, and you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: You must love your neighbour as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.’ The scribe said to him, ‘Well spoken, Master; what you have said is true: that he is one and there is no other. May your strength be at work in us, O Lord, pervading our minds and bodies, that what we have received by participating in this Sacrament may bring us the fullness of redemption. Through Christ our Lord.
Meditation
What other thing is greater than Love? Love conquers all hearts no matter how hardened they are. Christ was able to win many to himself not because he was a miracle worker but because he had so much compassion. Today, the scribes choose to test Jesus with His knowledge of the law. Jesus gives them a simple summary of all laws; the love of God through humanity. We cannot love God, if we do not love and care for His creation. It is by offending his creation that we offend God. The commandments then would not just be laws to be followed legally but instead guidelines to perfect love in the world.

Saint Joseph, époux de la Vierge Marie
Quand Marie devint Mère de Dieu, elle était déjà accordée en mariage à Joseph. Cet homme a donc une place à part dans l’histoire du salut ; à titre d’époux et de père, il va jouer un rôle providentiel auprès de la Vierge et de Jésus. Joseph est descendant de David, et saint Matthieu affirme qu’il est un homme juste ; cela signifie qu’il veut se conformer pleinement à la parole de Dieu, qu’il écoute avec foi et accomplit en silence. C’est ainsi qu’il collabore au dessein de Dieu : il transmet à Jésus le titre messianique de ‘’fils de David’’ ; il le sauve de la mort dont le menace la jalousie d’Hérode ; il l’éduque et lui communique son expérience d’homme et son habileté d’ouvrier, en un mot sa sagesse. Marie, en parlant de Joseph à Jésus, dit sans hésiter : ‘’ton père’’ ; elle sait bien que Jésus n’a d’autre père que Dieu ; mais de ce Père céleste, Josep a été appelé à être le signe sur terre et il s’est montré fidèle à sa vocation. Il a été proclamé patron de l’Eglise universelle par Pie IX en 1870 et patron des ouvriers par Benoît XV en 1920.

Première lecture (2 S 7, 4-5a.12-14a.16)
Cette nuit-là, la parole du Seigneur fut adressée au prophète Nathan : « Va dire à mon serviteur David : Ainsi parle le Seigneur : Quand tes jours seront accomplis et que tu reposeras auprès de tes pères, je te susciterai dans ta descendance un successeur, qui naîtra de toi, et je rendrai stable sa royauté. C’est lui qui bâtira une maison pour mon nom, et je rendrai stable pour toujours son trône royal. Moi, je serai pour lui un père ; et lui sera pour moi un fils. Deuxième lecture (Rm 4, 13.16-18.22)
Frères, ce n’est pas en vertu de la Loi que la promesse de recevoir le monde en héritage a été faite à Abraham et à sa descendance, mais en vertu de la justice obtenue par la foi. Voilà pourquoi on devient héritier par la foi : c’est une grâce, et la promesse demeure ferme pour tous les descendants d’Abraham, non pour ceux qui se rattachent à la Loi seulement, mais pour ceux qui se rattachent aussi à la foi d’Abraham, lui qui est notre père à tous. C’est bien ce qui est écrit : J’ai fait de toi le père d’un grand nombre de nations. Il est notre père devant Dieu en qui il a cru, Dieu qui donne la vie aux morts et qui appelle à l’existence ce qui n’existe pas. Espérant contre toute espérance, il a cru ; ainsi est-il devenu le père d’un grand nombre de nations, selon cette parole : Telle sera la descendance que tu auras ! Jacob engendra Joseph, l’époux de Marie, de laquelle fut engendré Jésus, que l’on appelle Christ. Or, voici comment fut engendré Jésus Christ : Marie, sa mère, avait été accordée en mariage à Joseph ; avant qu’ils aient habité ensemble, elle fut enceinte par l’action de l’Esprit Saint. Joseph, son époux, qui était un homme juste, et ne voulait pas la dénoncer publiquement, décida de la renvoyer en secret. Second reading: Romans 4:13,16-18,22
The promise of inheriting the world was not made to Abraham and his descendants on account of any law but on account of the righteousness which consists in faith. That is why what fulfils the promise depends on faith, so that it may be a free gift and be available to all of Abraham’s descendants, not only those who belong to the Law but also those who belong to the faith of Abraham who is the father of all of us. As Scripture says: I have made you the ancestor of many nations – Abraham is our father in the eyes of God, in whom he put his faith, and who brings the dead to life and calls into being what does not exist. Though it seemed Abraham’s hope could not be fulfilled, he hoped and he believed, and through doing so he did become the father of many nations exactly as he had been promised: Your descendants will be as many as the stars. This is the faith that was ‘considered as justifying him.’

Gospel: Matthew 1:16,18-21,24
Jacob was the father of Joseph the husband of Mary; of her was born Jesus who is called Christ. This is how Jesus Christ came to be born. His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph; but before they came to live together she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit. Her husband Joseph; being a man of honour and wanting to spare her publicity, decided to divorce her informally. He had made up his mind to do this when the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, ‘Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because she has conceived what is in her by the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son and you must name him Jesus, because he is the one who is to save his people from their sins.’ When Joseph woke up he did what the angel of the Lord had told him to do.

Defend with unfailing protection, O Lord, we pray, the family you have nourished with food from this altar, as they rejoice at the Solemnity of Saint Joseph, and graciously keep safe your gifts among them. Through Christ our Lord.
Meditation
Joseph was a man of honour. How many men will hear that their fiancé is pregnant for someone else and still accept to marry her and protect the child. In our today’s world people would have called Joseph a stupid man. Who knows what his kinsmen and friends would have told him then. Joseph chose to protect Mary from the harsh Jewish laws that would have warranted her stoning to death if he exposed her. Even without hearing the message of the Angel, he was honourable enough not to disgrace Mary like many men would do. We celebrate today a man who chose to honour the sanctity of the Blessed Virgin Mary and to protect Jesus’ divinity from the desecration of men. We should learn from Joseph, how to be honourable, humble and open to the Word of God.

St Cyril of Jerusalem (315 – 386)
He was born in 315 and became bishop of Jerusalem in 348. He was active in the Arian controversy. He is respected by both the Catholics and the Orthodox, and he was declared a Doctor of the Church by the Pope in 1883.

Meditation
When Jesus speaks about the commandments he does so because during his time the Pharisees were infringing on the law and making it soothe their selfish desires. During that time, it seemed that Jesus was changing the status quo that made the people feel that he was changing the law, but Jesus was simply correcting the anomalies and misinterpretation of the law. Today we have a recycling of these Pharisees who outbid the name of Jesus to exploit gullible Christians who are desperate for material satisfaction. In this case they do not teach the word of God. Instead, they concentrate on the satisfaction of appetites are taught in place of the truth of Christ. Jesus today warns us to beware of such practices and false teachers.

Saint Cyrille de Jérusalem, évêque et docteur de l’Eglise
C’est un spécialiste de la catéchèse des adultes qui, vers 350, devint évêque de Jérusalem, sa ville natale. Cyrille (313-386) avait préparé les candidats au baptême en leur expliquant, d’une manière directe et très simple, les mystères de la foi et les sacrements de l’initiation chrétienne. Ses Catéchèses, qui sont parvenues jusqu’à nous, sont le vivant écho de sa parole. Sur ses trente-huit ans d’épiscopat, il n’en passa pas moins de seize en exil, car à trois reprises, il fut chassé de son siège par les ariens dont il était l’adversaire déclaré : il en coûtait, à cette époque, de proclamer que Jésus est Dieu comme son Père ! Cyrille participa au deuxième concile œcuménique de Constantinople en 381, et qui confirma pleinement ses droits.

Seigneur, tu nous accordes ce temps de Carême pour nous former à la vie avec le Christ et nous alimenter de ta parole ; que notre effort de pénitence nous obtienne la fidélité à te servir et le goût de te prier d’un même cœur. Par Jésus Christ.
1ère lecture : Dt 4, 1.5-9

Gospel: Matthew 18:21-35
Peter went up to Jesus and said, ‘Lord, how often must I forgive my brother if he wrongs me? As often as seven times?’ Jesus answered, ‘Not seven, I tell you, but seventy-seven times. ‘And so the kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who decided to settle his accounts with his servants. When the reckoning began, they brought him a man who owed ten thousand talents; but he had no means of paying, so his master gave orders that he should be sold, together with his wife and children and all his possessions, to meet the debt. At this, the servant threw himself down at his master’s feet. “Give me time” he said “and I will pay the whole sum.” And the servant’s master felt so sorry for him that he let him go and cancelled the debt. Now as this servant went out, he happened to meet a fellow servant who owed him one hundred denarii; and he seized him by the throat and began to throttle him. “Pay what you owe me” he said. His fellow servant fell at his feet and implored him, saying, “Give me time and I will pay you.” But the other would not agree; on the contrary, he had him thrown into prison till he should pay the debt. His fellow servants were deeply distressed when they saw what had happened, and they went to their master and reported the whole affair to him. Then the master sent for him. “You wicked servant,” he said “I cancelled all that debt of yours when you appealed to me. Were you not bound, then, to have pity on your fellow servant just as I had pity on you?” And in his anger the master handed him over to the torturers till he should pay all his debt. And that is how my heavenly Father will deal with you unless you each forgive your brother from your heart.’

Meditation
Someone must have offended Peter badly that he sought to ask and confirm from Jesus his doubts about forgiveness. Jesus reply’s with a disappointing answer which seems not to satisfy Peter’s anger at the victim but simply had to obey because they came from the master’s mouth. Forgiveness is infinite. There is no limit to how we forgive no matter how had it is. As Christians let us learn from our Lord Jesus Christ who even on the cross full of pain had the courage to as His Father to forgive the world. We all are imperfect and are prone to mistakes. We help each other in love to be perfect. Perfection can only be attained when we begin to love and accept each other without conditions.

Patrice ou Patrick, natif de Grande-Bretagne (vers 385-461), est vendu comme esclave en Irlande par les pirates qui l’ont enlevé alors qu’il avait quinze ans. Sept ans après, il s’évade, va se former au monastère de Lérins et à Auxerre près de Saint Germain, et reçoit l’épiscopat. Il part alors évangéliser l’Irlande encore païenne, dont il fait cette ‘’île des saints’’ où le zèle missionnaire demeure si ardent.

Evangile : Mt 18, 21-35
En ce temps- là, Pierre s’approcha de Jésus pour lui demander : « Seigneur, lorsque mon frère commettra des fautes contre moi, combien de fois dois-je lui pardonner ? Jusqu’à sept fois ? » Jésus lui répondit : « Je ne te dis pas jusqu’à sept fois, mais jusqu’à 70 fois sept fois. Ainsi, le royaume des Cieux est comparable à un roi qui voulut régler ses comptes avec ses serviteurs. Il commençait, quand on lui amena quelqu’un qui lui devait dix mille talents (c’est-à-dire soixante millions de pièces d’argent). Comme cet homme n’avait pas de quoi rembourser, le maître ordonna de le vendre, avec sa femme, ses enfants et tous ses biens, en remboursement de sa dette. Alors, tombant à ses pieds, le serviteur demeurait prosterné et disait : “Prends patience envers moi, et je te rembourserai tout.” Saisi de compassion, le maître de ce serviteur le laissa partir et lui remit sa dette. Mais, en sortant, ce serviteur trouva un de ses compagnons qui lui devait cent pièces d’argent. Il se jeta sur lui pour l’étrangler, en disant : “Rembourse ta dette !” Alors, tombant à ses pieds, son compagnon le suppliait : “Prends patience envers moi, et je te rembourserai.” Mais l’autre refusa et le fit jeter en prison jusqu’à ce qu’il ait remboursé ce qu’il devait. Ses compagnons, voyant cela, furent profondément attristés et allèrent raconter à leur maître tout ce qui s’était passé. Alors celui-ci le fit appeler et lui dit : “Serviteur mauvais ! je t’avais remis toute cette dette parce que tu m’avais supplié. Ne devais-tu pas, à ton tour, avoir pitié de ton compagnon, comme moi-même j’avais eu pitié de toi ?” Dans sa colère, son maître le livra aux bourreaux jusqu’à ce qu’il eût remboursé tout ce qu’il devait. C’est ainsi que mon Père du ciel vous traitera, si chacun de vous ne pardonne pas à son frère du fond du cœur. »

1ère lecture :2 R 5, 1-15a
En ces jours- là, Naaman, général de l’armée du roi d’Aram, était un homme de grande valeur et hautement estimé par son maître, car c’est par lui que le Seigneur avait donné la victoire au royaume d’Aram. Or, ce vaillant guerrier était lépreux. Des Araméens, au cours d’une expédition en terre d’Israël, avaient fait prisonnière une fillette qui fut mise au service de la femme de Naaman. Elle dit à sa maîtresse: « Ah ! si mon maître s’adressait au prophète qui est à Samarie, celui-ci le délivrerait de sa lèpre.» Naaman alla auprès du roi et lui dit : « Voilà ce que la jeune fille d’Israël a déclaré. » Le roi d’Aram lui répondit : « Va, mets-toi en route. J’envoie une lettre au roi d’Israël. » Naaman partit donc ; il emportait dix lingots d’argent, six mille pièces d’or et dix vêtements de fête. Il remit la lettre au roi d’Israël. Celle-ci portait : « En même temps que te parvient cette lettre, je t’envoie Naaman mon serviteur, pour que tu le délivres de sa lèpre. » Quand le roi d’Israël lut ce message, il déchira ses vêtements et s’écria : « Est-ce que je suis Dieu, maître de la vie et de la mort ? Ce roi m’envoie un homme pour que je le délivre de sa lèpre ! Vous le voyez bien : c’est une provocation ! » Quand Élisée, l’homme de Dieu, apprit que le roi d’Israël avait déchiré ses vêtements, il lui fit dire : « Pourquoi as- tu déchiré tes vêtements ? Que cet homme vienne à moi, et il saura qu’il y a un prophète en Israël. » Naaman arriva avec ses chevaux et son char, et s’arrêta à la porte de la maison d’Élisée. Élisée envoya un messager lui dire: « Va te baigner sept fois dans le Jourdain, et ta chair redeviendra nette, tu seras purifié. » Naaman se mit en colère et s’éloigna en disant : « Je m’étais dit : Sûrement il va sortir, et se tenir debout pour invoquer le nom du Seigneur son Dieu; puis il agitera sa main au-dessus de l’endroit malade et guérira ma lèpre. Est-ce que les fleuves de Damas, l’Abana et le Parpar, ne valent pas mieux que toutes les eaux d’Israël? Si je m’y baignais, est-ce que je ne serais pas purifié ? » Il tourna bride et partit en colère. Mais ses serviteurs s’approchèrent pour lui dire : « Père ! Si le prophète t’avait ordonné quelque chose de difficile, tu l’aurais fait, n’est-ce pas ? Combien plus, lorsqu’il te dit : “Baigne-toi, et tu seras purifié.” » Il descendit jusqu’au Jourdain et s’y plongea sept fois, pour obéir à la parole de l’homme de Dieu ; alors sa chair redevint semblable à celle d’un petit enfant : il était purifié ! Il retourna chez l’homme de Dieu avec toute son escorte ; il entra, se présenta devant lui et déclara : « Désormais, je le sais : il n’y a pas d’autre Dieu, sur toute la terre, que celui d’Israël ! »

Evangile : Lc 4, 24-30
Dans la synagogue de Nazareth, Jésus déclara : « Amen, je vous le dis : aucun prophète ne trouve un accueil favorable dans son pays. En vérité, je vous le dis : Au temps du prophète Élie, lorsque pendant trois ans et demi le ciel retint la pluie, et qu’une grande famine se produisit sur toute la terre, il y avait beaucoup de veuves en Israël ; pourtant Élie ne fut envoyé vers aucune d’entre elles, mais bien dans la ville de Sarepta, au pays de Sidon, chez une veuve étrangère. Au temps du prophète Élisée, il y avait beaucoup de lépreux en Israël ; et aucun d’eux n’a été purifié, mais bien Naaman le Syrien. » À ces mots, dans la synagogue, tous devinrent furieux. Ils se levèrent, poussèrent Jésus hors de la ville, et le menèrent jusqu’à un escarpement de la colline où leur ville est construite, pour le précipiter en bas. Mais lui, passant au milieu d’eux, allait son chemin.

First reading: 2 Kings 5:1-15
Naaman, army commander to the king of Aram, was a man who enjoyed his master’s respect and favour, since through him the Lord had granted victory to the Aramaeans. But the man was a leper. Now on one of their raids, the Aramaeans had carried off from the land of Israel a little girl who had become a servant of Naaman’s wife. ‘She said to her mistress, ‘If only my master would approach the prophet of Samaria. He would cure him of his leprosy.’ Naaman went and told his master. ‘This and this’ he reported ‘is what the girl from the land of Israel said.’ ‘Go by all means,’ said the king of Aram ‘I will send a letter to the king of Israel.’ So Naaman left, taking with him ten talents of silver, six thousand shekels of gold and ten festal robes. He presented the letter to the king of Israel. It read: ‘With this letter, I am sending my servant Naaman to you for you to cure him of his leprosy.’ When the king of Israel read the letter, he tore his garments. ‘Am I a god to give death and life,’ he said ‘that he sends a man to me and asks me to cure him of his leprosy? Listen to this, and take note of it and see how he intends to pick a quarrel with me.’ When Elisha heard that the king of Israel had torn his garments, he sent word to the king, ‘Why did you tear your garments? Let him come to me, and he will find there is a prophet in Israel.’ So Naaman came with his team and chariot and drew up at the door of Elisha’s house. And Elisha sent him a messenger to say, ‘Go and bathe seven times in the Jordan, and your flesh will become clean once more.’ But Naaman was indignant and went off, saying, ‘Here was I thinking he would be sure to come out to me, and stand there, and call on the name of the Lord his God, and wave his hand over the spot and cure the leprous part. Surely Abana and Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, are better than any water in Israel? Could I not bathe in them and become clean?’ And he turned round and went off in a rage. But his servants approached him and said, ‘My father, if the prophet had asked you to do something difficult, would you not have done it? All the more reason, then, when he says to you, “Bathe, and you will become clean.”’ So he went down and immersed himself seven times in the Jordan, as Elisha had told him to do. And his flesh became clean once more like the flesh of a little child. Returning to Elisha with his whole escort, he went in and stood before him. ‘Now I know’ he said ‘that there is no God in all the earth except in Israel.’

Gospel: Luke 4:24-30
Jesus came to Nazara and spoke to the people in the synagogue: ‘I tell you solemnly, no prophet is ever accepted in his own country. ‘There were many widows in Israel, I can assure you, in Elijah’s day, when heaven remained shut for three years and six months and a great famine raged throughout the land, but Elijah was not sent to any one of these: he was sent to a widow at Zarephath, a Sidonian town. And in the prophet Elisha’s time there were many lepers in Israel, but none of these was cured, except the Syrian, Naaman.’ When they heard this everyone in the synagogue was enraged. They sprang to their feet and hustled him out of the town; and they took him up to the brow of the hill their town was built on, intending to throw him down the cliff, but he slipped through the crowd and walked away.

Meditation
In the gospel of today, Jesus exposes the saturated spirituality of the Israelites to the people of His home town. Jesus was amazed at the indignant attitude of the Nazarites, and He began to go down memory lane to expose why good things never happened in Israel, but instead, foreigners came to Israel to receive blessings. Because they saw themselves as the chosen of God, the Israelites had lost passion in seeking the face of God. So also, amongst most Christians there are those who are just Sunday or Identity Christians. The Word of God has been revealed to us in Christ, and yet we do not have the passion to really seek to be like Christ. If we really knew what treasure we have in Jesus, then we would lift Him up everywhere we go. Just a little faith and you will move great mountains.

First reading: Exodus 17:3-7

Second reading: Romans 5:1-2,5-8
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, by faith we are judged righteous and at peace with God, since it is by faith and through Jesus that we have entered this state of grace in which we can boast about looking forward to God’s glory. And this hope is not deceptive, because the love of God has been poured into our hearts by the Holy Spirit which has been given us. We were still helpless when at his appointed moment Christ died for sinful men. It is not easy to die even for a good man – though of course for someone really worthy, a man might be prepared to die – but what proves that God loves us is that Christ died for us while we were still sinners.

It was about the sixth hour. When a Samaritan woman came to draw water, Jesus said to her, ‘Give me a drink.’ His disciples had gone into the town to buy food. The Samaritan woman said to him, ‘What? You are a Jew and you ask me, a Samaritan, for a drink?’ – Jews, in fact, do not associate with Samaritans. Jesus replied: ‘If you only knew what God is offering and who it is that is saying to you: Give me a drink, you would have been the one to ask, and he would have given you living water.’‘You have no bucket, sir,’ she answered ‘and the well is deep: how could you get this living water? Are you a greater man than our father Jacob who gave us this well and drank from it himself with his sons and his cattle?’ Jesus replied: ‘Whoever drinks this water will get thirsty again; but anyone who drinks the water that I shall give will never be thirsty again: the water that I shall give will turn into a spring inside him, welling up to eternal life.’ ‘Sir,’ said the woman ‘give me some of that water, so that I may never get thirsty and never have to come here again to draw water.’ ‘Go and call your husband’ said Jesus to her ‘and come back here.’ The woman answered, ‘I have no husband.’ He said to her, ‘You are right to say, “I have no husband”; for although you have had five, the one you have now is not your husband. You spoke the truth there.’ ‘I see you are a prophet, sir’ said the woman. ‘Our fathers worshipped on this mountain, while you say that Jerusalem is the place where one ought to worship.’ Jesus said: ‘Believe me, woman, the hour is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. You worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know: for salvation comes from the Jews. But the hour will come – in fact it is here already – when true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth: that is the kind of worshipper the Father wants. God is spirit, and those who worship must worship in spirit and truth. The woman said to him, ‘I know that Messiah – that is, Christ – is coming; and when he comes he will tell us everything.’ ‘I who am speaking to you,’ said Jesus ‘I am he.’ At this point his disciples returned, and were surprised to find him speaking to a woman, though none of them asked, ‘What do you want from her?’ or, ‘Why are you talking to her?’ The woman put down her water jar and hurried back to the town to tell the people. ‘Come and see a man who has told me everything I ever did; I wonder if he is the Christ?’ This brought people out of the town and they started walking towards him. Meanwhile, the disciples were urging him, ‘Rabbi, do have something to eat; but he said, ‘I have food to eat that you do not know about.’ So the disciples asked one another, ‘Has someone been bringing him food?’ But Jesus said: ‘My food is to do the will of the one who sent me, and to complete his work. Have you not got a saying: Four months and then the harvest? Well, I tell you: Look around you, look at the fields; already they are white, ready for harvest! Already the reaper is being paid his wages, already he is bringing in the grain for eternal life, and thus sower and reaper rejoice together. For here the proverb holds good: one sows, another reaps; I sent you to reap a harvest you had not worked for. Others worked for it; and you have come into the rewards of their trouble.’ Many Samaritans of that town had believed in him on the strength of the woman’s testimony when she said, ‘He told me all I have ever done’, so, when the Samaritans came up to him, they begged him to stay with them. He stayed for two days, and when he spoke to them many more came to believe; and they said to the woman, ‘Now we no longer believe because of what you told us; we have heard him ourselves and we know that he really is the saviour of the world.’
Prayer over the Offerings
Be pleased, O Lord, with these sacrificial offerings, and grant that we who beseech pardon for our own sins, may take care to forgive our neighbour. Through Christ our Lord.

For anyone who drinks it, says the Lord, the water I shall give will become in him a spring welling up to eternal life.
Prayer after Communion
As we receive the pledge of things yet hidden in heaven and are nourished while still on earth with the Bread that comes from on high, we humbly entreat you, O Lord, that what is being brought about in us in mystery may come to true completion. Through Christ our Lord.
Meditation
Despite the religious disparity between the Jews and the Samaritans, Jesus was still able to grant salvation to the Samaritan woman. The differences were not the a barrier to her receiving the message of Christ. Most people today harden their hearts to the word of God because the message comes from an unwanted or unexpected messenger. When we open our hearts to hear Christ in all circumstances, it is then that we are assured of our salvation. God works in a mysterious way and no one has the monopoly of being a messenger of Christ. Christ can use even a pagan to bless you because we all are made in the image of God. Let us not divide ourselves by our physical differences, but instead unite ourselves by our spiritual brotherhood.
