You must add nothing to what I command you, and take nothing from it, but keep the commandments of the Lord your God just as I lay them down for you. Keep them, observe them, and they will demonstrate to the peoples your wisdom and understanding. When they come to know of all these laws they will exclaim, “No other people is as wise and prudent as this great nation.” And indeed, what great nation is there that has its gods so near as the Lord our God is to us whenever we call to him? And what great nation is there that has laws and customs to match this whole Law that I put before you today?’

Second reading: James 1:17-18,21-22,27
It is all that is good, everything that is perfect, which is given us from above; it comes down from the Father of all light; with him there is no such thing as alteration, no shadow of a change. By his own choice he made us his children by the message of the truth so that we should be a sort of first-fruits of all that he had created. So do away with all the impurities and bad habits that are still left in you – accept and submit to the word which has been planted in you and can save your souls. But you must do what the word tells you, and not just listen to it and deceive yourselves. Pure, unspoilt religion, in the eyes of God our Father is this: coming to the help of orphans and widows when they need it, and keeping oneself uncontaminated by the world.

Gospel: Mark 7:1-8,14-15,21-23
The Pharisees and some of the Scribes who had come from Jerusalem gathered round Jesus, and they noticed that some of his disciples were eating with unclean hands, that is, without washing them. For the Pharisees, and the Jews in general, follow the tradition of the elders and never eat without washing their arms as far as the elbow; and on returning from the market place they never eat without first sprinkling themselves. There are also many other observances which have been handed down to them concerning the washing of cups and pots and bronze dishes. So these Pharisees and Scribes asked him, ‘Why do your disciples not respect the tradition of the elders but eat their food with unclean hands?’ He answered, ‘It was of you hypocrites that Isaiah so rightly prophesied in this passage of Scripture: This people honours me only with lip-service, while their hearts are far from me. The worship they offer me is worthless, the doctrines they teach are only human regulations. You put aside the commandment of God to cling to human traditions.’ He called the people to him again and said, ‘Listen to me, all of you, and understand. Nothing that goes into a man from outside can make him unclean; it is the things that come out of a man that make him unclean. For it is from within, from men’s hearts, that evil intentions emerge: fornication, theft, murder, adultery, avarice, malice, deceit, indecency, envy, slander, pride, folly. All these evil things come from within and make a man unclean.’
Prayer over the Offerings
May this sacred offering, O Lord, confer on us always the blessing of salvation, that what it celebrates in mystery it may accomplish in power. Through Christ our Lord.

How great is the goodness, Lord, that you keep for those who fear you.
Prayer after Communion
Renewed by this bread from the heavenly table, we beseech you, Lord, that, being the food of charity, it may confirm our hearts and stir us to serve you in our neighbour. Through Christ our Lord.
Meditation Observing religious rules and traditions such as in keeping the Sabbath holy was to enable the believer honour God. Also, to serve his neighbour better and not just to fulfill some religious prescription for its own sake. Today we get a glimpse of how the observance of these religious rituals soon became an end in themselves and had no bearing with respect to God and neighbour. Our Lord exposes the hypocrisy of it all and the instrumentalisation of religion for personal benefit. We are invited today to reflect on why we do the things we do. If we do the things we do just to get some personal benefit or recognition, then we are missing the point. All that we do in religion should be geared at getting us closer to God and to one another. Anything other than this is just external show.

He was born in Ireland and became a monk of Iona. He preached the Gospel, founded churches and monasteries, and freed slaves throughout the kingdom. He died at Bamburgh in Northumberland in 651.

First reading: 1 Corinthians 1:26-31
Take yourselves for instance, brothers, at the time when you were called: how many of you were wise in the ordinary sense of the word, how many were influential people, or came from noble families? No, it was to shame the wise that God chose what is foolish by human reckoning, and to shame what is strong that he chose what is weak by human reckoning; those whom the world thinks common and contemptible are the ones that God has chosen – those who are nothing at all to show up those who are everything. The human race has nothing to boast about to God, but you, God has made members of Christ Jesus and by God’s doing he has become our wisdom, and our virtue, and our holiness, and our freedom. As Scripture says: if anyone wants to boast, let him boast about the Lord.

They are happy, whose God is the Lord, the people he has chosen as his own. From the heavens the Lord looks forth, he sees all the children of men.

Our soul is waiting for the Lord. The Lord is our help and our shield. In him do our hearts find joy. We trust in his holy name.

O Lord, who gained for yourself a people by adoption through the one sacrifice offered once for all, bestow graciously on us, we pray, the gifts of unity and peace in your Church. Through Christ our Lord.

The earth is replete with the fruits of your work, O Lord; you bring forth bread from the earth and wine to cheer the heart.
Prayer after Communion
Complete within us, O Lord, we pray, the healing work of your mercy and graciously perfect and sustain us, so that in all things we may please you. Through Christ our Lord.
Meditation
God has given us so many gifts and he expects us to use them in his service and for the service of others. The only time we have is now, the present. Now is the time, to use the words of Jesus in today’s parable, we are either the good and faithful servants or we are the wicked and lazy servants. Our future judgment depends on now, on how we serve now. The talents were not distributed to each servant equally in the parable. Why? Jesus said they were distributed to each according to his ability. Therefore, each servant received just the right number of talents to match his ability. The third servant was wicked and lazy, he did nothing and suffered the consequences. His sins were sins of omission rather than sins of commission. It is up to us to figure how best to use what we have received. If we have buried our talents, now is the time to dig it up so that we can hear the Lord say to us, “Well done, good and faithful servant…come and join in your master’s happiness.”

Heureux le peuple dont le Seigneur est le Dieu, heureuse la nation qu’il s’est choisie pour domaine ! Du haut des cieux, le Seigneur regarde: il voit la race des hommes.
Dieu veille sur ceux qui le craignent, qui mettent leur espoir en son amour, pour les délivrer de la mort, les garder en vie aux jours de famine.
Nous attendons notre vie du Seigneur : il est pour nous un appui, un bouclier. La joie de notre cœur vient de lui, notre confiance est dans son nom très saint.

Méditation
Ce que Dieu donne, c’est bien plus que des talents. Ce qu’il nous offre, c’est son amour et sa confiance. Il nous les donne dans la mesure où nous voulons et pouvons les accueillir. Il respecte notre liberté et ce que nous sommes. Son amour et sa confiance en nous sont comme des irremplaçables fondements de nos vies. Quand nous prenons conscience d’être aimables, aimés et capables d’aimer, nous sommes équipés pour vivre pleinement le bonheur. Nous possédons la grande richesse qui soit. Nous n’avons pourtant aucune envie de la cacher, de l’enterrer, de la garder pour nous. Nous souhaitons la partager puisque cette richesse a la particularité de grandir, de fructifier, en se donnant !

John the Baptist is the only saint in the calendar (apart from St Joseph) who has two feasts to himself. One, in August, celebrates his death, and one, in June, celebrates his birth. And this is as it should be, for as Christ himself said, John was the greatest of the sons of men.

Christ did not send me to baptise, but to preach the Good News, and not to preach that in the terms of philosophy in which the crucifixion of Christ cannot be expressed. The language of the cross may be illogical to those who are not on the way to salvation, but those of us who are on the way see it as God’s power to save. As Scripture says: I shall destroy the wisdom of the wise and bring to nothing all the learning of the learned. Where are the philosophers now? Where are the Scribes? Where are any of our thinkers today? Do you see now how God has shown up the foolishness of human wisdom? If it was God’s wisdom that human wisdom should not know God, it was because God wanted to save those who have faith through the foolishness of the message that we preach. And so, while the Jews demand miracles and the Greeks look for wisdom, here are we preaching a crucified Christ; to the Jews an obstacle that they cannot get over, to the pagans madness, but to those who have been called, whether they are Jews or Greeks, a Christ who is the power and the wisdom of God. For God’s foolishness is wiser than human wisdom, and God’s weakness is stronger than human strength.

Five of them were foolish and five were sensible: the foolish ones did take their lamps, but they brought no oil, whereas the sensible ones took flasks of oil as well as their lamps. The bridegroom was late, and they all grew drowsy and fell asleep. But at midnight there was a cry, “The bridegroom is here! Go out and meet him.” At this, all those bridesmaids woke up and trimmed their lamps, and the foolish ones said to the sensible ones, “Give us some of your oil: our lamps are going out.” But they replied, “There may not be enough for us and for you; you had better go to those who sell it and buy some for yourselves.” They had gone off to buy it when the bridegroom arrived. Those who were ready went in with him to the wedding hall and the door was closed. The other bridesmaids arrived later. “Lord, Lord,” they said “open the door for us.” But he replied, “I tell you solemnly, I do not know you.” So stay awake, because you do not know either the day or the hour.’

Meditation
The wedding customs required extra vigilance and preparation for everyone involved. It was the custom for the groom to come at his discretion and get his bride and bring her to the wedding party. If he came at night, lamps were required. To show up for a night party without a wedding garment and a lamp is like showing up for a movie that requires a reservation and a ticket. Being unprepared can lead to a lot of unnecessary trouble and even disastrous consequences. What good is a life-jacket left on shore when the boat is sinking? There are certain things you cannot obtain at the last moment. A student will not expect to study only on the examination day. We will not be prepared to meet the Lord, face to face, when he calls us on the Day of Judgment, unless we listen to him today. The Lord invites us to feast at his banquet table. Are you ready? John Wesley was asked what he would do if he knew his Lord would return at that time the next day. He said in effect, “I would go to bed and go to sleep; wake up in the morning, and go on with my work, for I would want Him to find me doing what he had appointed.”

1ère lecture : 1 Co 1, 17-25
Frères, le Christ, en effet, ne m’a pas envoyé pour baptiser, mais pour annoncer l’Évangile, et cela sans avoir recours au langage de la sagesse humaine, ce qui rendrait vaine la croix du Christ. Car le langage de la croix est folie pour ceux qui vont à leur perte, mais pour ceux qui vont vers leur salut, pour nous, il est puissance de Dieu. L’Écriture dit en effet : Je mènerai à sa perte la sagesse des sages, et l’intelligence des intelligents, je la rejetterai. Où est-il, le sage ? Où est-il, le scribe ? Où est-il, le raisonneur d’ici-bas ? La sagesse du monde, Dieu ne l’a-t-il pas rendue folle ? Puisque, en effet, par une disposition de la sagesse de Dieu, le monde, avec toute sa sagesse, n’a pas su reconnaître Dieu, il a plu à Dieu de sauver les croyants par cette folie qu’est la proclamation de l’Évangile. Alors que les Juifs réclament des signes miraculeux, et que les Grecs recherchent une sagesse, nous, nous proclamons un Messie crucifié, scandale pour les Juifs, folie pour les nations païennes. Mais pour ceux que Dieu appelle, qu’ils soient Juifs ou Grecs, ce Messie, ce Christ, est puissance de Dieu et sagesse de Dieu. Car ce qui est folie de Dieu est plus sage que les hommes, et ce qui est faiblesse de Dieu est plus fort que les hommes.

R/Toute la terre, Seigneur, est remplie de ton amour.
Criez de joie pour le Seigneur, hommes justes ! Hommes droits, à vous la louange ! Rendez grâce au Seigneur sur la cithare, jouez pour lui sur la harpe à dix cordes.
Oui, elle est droite, la parole du Seigneur ; il est fidèle en tout ce qu’il fait. Il aime le bon droit et la justice ; la terre est remplie de son amour.
Le Seigneur a déjoué les plans des nations, anéanti les projets des peuples. Le plan du Seigneur demeure pour toujours, les projets de son coeur subsistent d’âge en âge.

En ce temps-là, Jésus disait à ses disciples cette parabole : « Le royaume des Cieux sera comparable à dix jeunes filles invitées à des noces, qui prirent leur lampe pour sortir à la rencontre de l’époux. Cinq d’entre elles étaient insouciantes, et cinq étaient prévoyantes : les insouciantes avaient pris leur lampe sans emporter d’huile, tandis que les prévoyantes avaient pris, avec leurs lampes, des flacons d’huile. Comme l’époux tardait, elles s’assoupirent toutes et s’endormirent. Au milieu de la nuit, il y eut un cri : “Voici l’époux! Sortez à sa rencontre. Alors toutes ces jeunes filles se réveillèrent et se mirent à préparer leur lampe. Les insouciantes demandèrent aux prévoyantes : “Donnez-nous de votre huile, car nos lampes s’éteignent.” Les prévoyantes leur répondirent : “Jamais cela ne suffira pour nous et pour vous, allez plutôt chez les marchands vous en acheter.” Pendant qu’elles allaient en acheter, l’époux arriva. Celles qui étaient prêtes entrèrent avec lui dans la salle des noces, et la porte fut fermée. Plus tard, les autres jeunes filles arrivèrent à leur touret dirent : “Seigneur, Seigneur, ouvre-nous !” Il leur répondit : “Amen, je vous le dis : je ne vous connais pas.” Veillez donc car vous ne savez ni le jour ni l’heure. »

Méditation Jésus, le Maître, tarde à revenir. Comme les dix jeunes filles de la parabole, nous pouvons nous endormir. Ce n’est pas cela qui nous sera reproché. L’important, c’est d’avoir assez d’huile pour apprêter sa lampe, d’être présent à l’arrivée de l’Epoux, de le reconnaître et de lui ouvrir. A l’heure où Jésus viendra, puissions-nous avoir l’huile de la connaissance et de l’amour pour l’accueillir. Dans notre nuit profonde, que ton visage s’illumine pour nous ! Qu’il ait pour nous les traits du Bien-Aimé.

Martyre de saint Jean Baptiste

Toute la vie de Jean Baptiste est un témoignage rendu à Celui qu’il précède, qu’il a mission de montrer, et devant qui il veut s’effacer. C’est le témoignage vigoureux d’un prophète qui ne cherche pas à plaire au monde, mais à le convertir par son exemple et sa parole.

Seigneur devant les rois, j’ai parlé de ton alliance sans craindre la honte. j’ai répété tes commandements, car vraiment je les aimé.
Prière d’ouverture
Tu as voulu, Seigneur, que Saint Jean Baptiste soit le précurseur de ton fils dans sa naissance et dans sa mort ; il a donné sa vie pour la justice et la verité; accorde-nous de savoir comme lui nous depenser avec courage au service de ta parole. Par Jésus.
1ère lecture : 1 Co 1, 1-9
Paul, appelé par la volonté de Dieu pour être apôtre du Christ Jésus, et Sosthène notre frère, à l’Église de Dieu qui est à Corinthe, à ceux qui ont été sanctifiés dans le Christ Jésus et sont appelés à être saints avec tous ceux qui, en tout lieu, invoquent le nom de notre Seigneur Jésus Christ, leur Seigneur et le nôtre. À vous, la grâce et la paix, de la part de Dieu notre Père et du Seigneur Jésus Christ. En ce temps-là, Hérode avait donné l’ordre d’arrêter Jean le Baptiste et de l’enchaîner dans la prison, à cause d’Hérodiade, la femme de son frère Philippe, que lui-même avait prise pour épouse. En effet, Jean lui disait: « Tu n’as pas le droit de prendre la femme de ton frère. » Hérodiade en voulait donc à Jean, et elle cherchait à le faire mourir. Mais elle n’y arrivait pas parce que Hérode avait peur de Jean : il savait que c’était un homme juste et saint, et il le protégeait ; quand il l’avait entendu, il était très embarrassé ; cependant il l’écoutait avec plaisir. Or, une occasion favorable se présenta quand, le jour de son anniversaire, Hérode fit un dîner pour ses dignitaires, pour les chefs de l’armée et pour les notables de la Galilée. La fille d’Hérodiade fit son entrée et dansa. Elle plut à Hérode et à ses convives. Le roi dit à la jeune fille : « Demande-moi ce que tu veux, et je te le donnerai. » Et il lui fit ce serment: « Tout ce que tu me demanderas, je te le donnerai, même si c’est la moitié de mon royaume. » Elle sortit alors pour dire à sa mère : « Qu’est-ce que je vais demander ? » Hérodiade répondit : « La tête de Jean, celui qui baptise. » Aussitôt la jeune fille s’empressa de retourner auprès du roi, et lui fit cette demande : « Je veux que, tout de suite, tu me donnes sur un plat la tête de Jean le Baptiste. » Le roi fut vivement contrarié; mais à cause du serment et des convives, il ne voulut pas lui opposer un refus. Aussitôt il envoya un garde avec l’ordre d’apporter la tête de Jean. Le garde s’en alla décapiter Jean dans la prison. Il apporta la tête sur un plat, la donna à la jeune fille, et la jeune fille la donna à sa mère. Ayant appris cela, les disciples de Jean vinrent prendre son corps et le déposèrent dans un tombeau.

Méditation Ce que rapporte l’Evangile n’est pas une atrocité d’hier, mais d’aujourd’hui. Si la tête d’un homme ne dépend plus d’une danse, elle continue de dépendre de la cruauté, du plein pouvoir abusif, de la jalousie, du désir de vengeance face à la vérité. De quoi Jean est-il devenu martyr ? Martyr pour Jésus Parole de Vérité, martyr de l’enseignement de Jésus. « Tu n’as pas droit » disait Jean à Hérode. Aujourd’hui des hommes et de femmes donnent leur vie en criant aux Hérode d’aujourd’hui : vous n’avez pas le droit de tuer, de torturer, de voler la terre, etc. L’Evangile aujourd’hui n’est pas une histoire d’hier. Quand la personne est considérée comme un objet tut devient possible ! Et quand nous nous croyons obligés de prendre trop vite des décisions importantes, nous risquons de nous déshumaniser.

The Beheading of Saint John the Baptist

John the Baptist is the only saint in the calendar (apart from St Joseph) who has two feasts to himself. One, in August, celebrates his death, and one, in June, celebrates his birth. And this is as it should be, for as Christ himself said, John was the greatest of the sons of men.

I spoke, O Lord, of your decrees before kings, and was not confounded; I pondered your commands and loved them greatly.

O God, who willed that Saint John the Baptist should go ahead of your Son both in his birth and in his death, grant that, as he died a Martyr for truth and justice, we too may fight hard for the confession of what you teach. An opportunity came on Herod’s birthday when he gave a banquet for the nobles of his court, for his army officers and for the leading figures in Galilee. When the daughter of this same Herodias came in and danced, she delighted Herod and his guests; so the king said to the girl, ‘Ask me anything you like and I will give it you.’ And he swore her an oath, ‘I will give you anything you ask, even half my kingdom.’ She went out and said to her mother, ‘What shall I ask for?’ She replied, ‘The head of John the Baptist.’ The girl hurried straight back to the king and made her request, ‘I want you to give me John the Baptist’s head, here and now, on a dish.’ The king was deeply distressed but, thinking of the oaths he had sworn and of his guests, he was reluctant to break his word to her. Through these offerings which we bring you, O Lord, grant that we may make straight your paths, as taught by that voice crying in the desert, Saint John the Baptist, who powerfully sealed his teaching by the shedding of his blood. Through Christ our Lord.

Meditation
John was full of zeal for the love of God and was totally committed to his mission as a Prophet. Humility and Courage were his keys. John was humble as he said I am not worthily to untie the sandals. “He must increase and I must decrease”. John had the courage to question King Herod for his immoral ways to keeping his brother’s wife. He questioned and he was beheaded. Despite all threats, a Christian must be ready to defend the value of truth. We are called today to free ourselves from our morbid fear of death, which often paralyses us from speaking and acting prophetically.

Saint Augustine of Hippo,

He was born in Thagaste in Africa of a Berber family. He had a brilliant legal and academic career. At length, through the prayers of his mother, and the teaching of St Ambrose of Milan, he was converted back to Christianity. He wrote an enormous number of works. He was declared a Doctor of the Church by Pope Boniface VIII in 1308.

Meditation
The Pharisees had perfected the art of double life. They used the power of their office to normalise and institutionalise duplicity of life. People had come to accept that the same individual could represent ‘a righteous personality’ and ‘an evildoing personality’. Unbeknown to them, they had in effect created two persons. The Old Testament judicial process held that “A matter must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses (Deut 19:15). From their own life of duplicity, each Pharisee was contributing the required number of persons necessary to stand as witness against themselves. Their lifestyle would stand witness against their own actions. Before the Ultimate Judge, there would be no need for further witnesses apart from themselves. How would the Holy Spirit, the advocate defend us when we are the ones bearing witness against ourselves? Duplicity of life is self-accusation. By virtue of different sacraments in the church, we are vested with certain powers. Are we living a double life?

Saint AUGUSTIN
Evêque et Docteur de l’Eglise

Augustin fut un rhéteur africain dissolu ; la prière de sa mère, Monique, obtint la grâce de sa conversion qui fit de lui un cœur brûlant de charité. Cette charité qui anima son labeur pastoral, notamment dans la lutte contre les hérésies, lui inspira la maxime fameuse ‘’Aime et fais ce que tu veux’’. Augustin devint l’aide, puis le successeur de l’évêque d’Hippone. La place d’Augustin dans l’histoire de l’Eglise tient surtout à son œuvre théologique.

Dans son Eglise, le Seigneur a donné la parole à l’évêque saint Augustin ; il l’a rempli de l’esprit de sagesse et d’intelligence, il l’a revêtu de gloire.

Vous savez bien, vous, ce qu’il faut faire pour nous imiter. Nous n’avons pas vécu parmi vous de façon désordonnée ; et le pain que nous avons mangé, nous ne l’avons pas reçu gratuitement. Au contraire, dans la peine et la fatigue, nuit et jour, nous avons travaillé pour n’être à la charge d’aucun d’entre vous. Bien sûr, nous avons le droit d’être à charge, mais nous avons voulu être pour vous un modèle à imiter. Et quand nous étions chez vous, nous vous donnions cet ordre : si quelqu’un ne veut pas travailler, qu’il ne mange pas non plus. Que le Seigneur de la paix vous donne lui-même la paix, en tout temps et de toute manière. Que le Seigneur soit avec vous tous. La salutation est de ma main à moi, Paul. Vivre dans la vérité et la franchise créé chez le chrétien une adéquation entre son être profond , ses parole et ses actions. Le décalage souvent observé entre nos paroles et nos pensées mieux encore entre nos pensées et nos action fait de nous des menteurs , des hommes d’apparences , des hypocrites. Puissions-nous par l’intercession de Saint Augustin révéler notre véritable visage à ceux qui nous entourent pour que la vérité de Dieu illumine notre vie .

Sainte Monique

Cette chrétienne d’Afrique romaine, qui obtint par trente ans de patient dévouement la conversion de son mari, païen violent et débauché, avait pour fils aîné Augustin, dont l’inconduite la désolait. Monique (332-387) s’entendu assurer par l’évêque de Milan, saint Ambroise :’’Il n’est pas possible que le fils de tant de larmes périsse’’. Sa prière obtint en effet la conversion d’Augustin, entre les bras de qui elle mourut à Ostie.

Sainte Monique fut une femme pleine de sagesse qui sut édifier sa maison et, dans le respect du Seigneur, suivre le droit chemin.

Dieu très bon, réconfort de ceux qui pleurent, tu accueillais avec amour les larmes de sainte Monique pour la conversion de son fils Augustin ; accorde-nous, à la prière de la mère et du fils, de savoir pleurer nos péchés pour obtenir de toi le pardon. Par Jésus Christ.
1ère lecture : 2 Th 2,1-3a.14-17
Frères, nous avons une demande à vous faire à propos de la venue de notre Seigneur Jésus Christ et de notre rassemblement auprès de lui : si l’on nous attribue une inspiration, une parole ou une lettre prétendant que le jour du Seigneur est arrivé, n’allez pas aussitôt perdre la tête, ne vous laissez pas effrayer. Ne laissez personne vous égarer d’aucune manière. C’est à cela que Dieu vous a appelés par notre proclamation de l’Évangile, pour que vous entriez en possession de la gloire de notre Seigneur Jésus Christ. Ainsi donc, frères, tenez bon, et gardez ferme les traditions que nous vous avons enseignées, soit de vive voix, soit par lettre. Le Royaume des cieux est comparable à un négociant qui recherche des perles fines. Ayant trouvé une perle de grande valeur, il va vendre tout ce qu’il possède, et il achète la perle.
Prière après la communion
Que cette eucharistie, Dieu tout- puissant, nous apporte lumière et ferveur en cette fête de sainte Monique : que nos cœurs brûlent toujours du désir de la sainteté, et que notre vie se passe à faire le bien. Par Jésus.
Méditation
Jésus donne là une nouvelle dimension à la pratique de la Loi. Il s’agit surtout d’un travail intérieur de conversion, de bonne disposition afin que le comportement extérieur puisse se disposer comme il convient. Notre reflexe habituel est souvent de nous concentrer sur les apparences qui sont plus facilement gérables que les dis positions cachées. Jésus nous invite à une démarche radicalement inverse : « travaille sur toi-même au plus profond et le reste sera donné plus facilement. ». Gardons-nous de devenir des hommes et des femmes tout extérieurs qui ne prennent plus le temps de décanter tout ce qui peut troubler notre cœur.
